    This is a great area, probably one of the safest in London with everything on your doorstep.
    Most properties here are privately owned and 90% are studios.
    There is also a large communal courtyard which is always empty.

    I desperately need a 2 bed property with a garden.
    I have a little girl with special needs who would benefit greatly from this.
    I am willing to move up to 100 miles out of London, and I do not mind rural areas.
    All good areas considered as long as they have a garden.

    3 bedroom terraced. Small front garden and a large back garden, with patio and fenced off garden. Large hall. Living room is average size with bay window. Down stairs toilet. 2 good sized bedroom and a slightly smaller 3rd bedroom. Opposite there is a small children's play area within a small park. There are a number of primary schools all within walking distance. Very quiet area with lovely neighbours.
