    Its lovely where I am, neighbours are great etc but I work in Plymouth. I am looking for a fairly new house, no big estates please. Would especially like Peverell (not north prospect) Eggbuckland, Saltash, or areas out towards Salcombe.

    I am also looking for a house in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hassocks or Chichester to complete a solid multi swap - we have all had our checks, refs done etc but the other lady pulled out due to family issues.
